Delivery Service

Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality meat in the best condition delivered to your door through excellent service. The personal service of your local butcher will ensure that your individual requirements are catered for and each order is checked by our staff before it is packed and dispatched.

Delivery Days and Schedule

The delivery service is to properties within a 5 mile radius of Clayton’s and is free

Monday – Saturday (subject to slot availability)

Ordering Method

To ensure the personal touch and product availability we prefer orders are placed in person or by phone on 015394 43071 from 7.30-4.30 Monday-Friday and 7.30-1.30 Saturday.

Advance orders can be emailed to info@claytonsbutchers.co.uk confirmation of your order will be emailed back.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling. We accept payment on delivery by cash or cheque with valid bankers card.

For large advance orders we may require a deposit cheque by post.

Acceptable Weight Variation

When you place your order, it will be for a nominal weight of produce, at a specified price. Because orders are individually prepared, it can be expected that there may be some small variation in weights above or below the weight you choose. We will endeavor to ensure that this variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any item specified. Items delivered within 10% of the weight ordered shall be deemed complete.

Important! Your order will be delivered during the time span agreed on ordering. When ordering, you can arrange delivery to your workplace, to a neighbour or friend if it's more convenient.

Should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered please leave a note with an alternative delivery address, the recipient at that address should also have the means to make payment.

Please be aware that delivery may be affected by public and bank holidays and the weather. If you have any queries, please call 015394 43071 to check before placing your order.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the produce received, you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt and be in possession of the items concerned. All complaints will be dealt with personally by Andrew Wright. Your statutory rights are not affected.
